Transparent Gauze - Salamanca

The base fabric of our garment is a transparent Salamanca Gauze, with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 28 gr/m2. It stands out for its visually and tactilely thin, extremely transparent texture, ideal for summer days. The solid color printed on this fabric has an olive green hue, according to the CMYK of the ink used in printing, with values of 40% cyan, 31% magenta, 100% yellow, and 15% black. The resulting color is a very natural and harmonious green, which combines very well with more raw and earthy tones, as well as with much more vibrant and saturated touches.

It is important to note that printing on this fabric is done on one side by digital textile printing, so it is not a dyed fabric, but printed. Its extremely delicate texture makes it ideal for feminine garments such as lingerie, dresses, skirts, and even accessories such as scarves. Caution is recommended when ironing the fabric, adjusting the temperature to a low intensity and avoiding tumble drying. Likewise, bleaching procedures should be avoided and, if necessary, it should only be dry cleaned with non-aggressive solvents.

Regarding the printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric, it is a sublimation process on polyester, which has as its main advantage the color resistance and durability of the printed design. It is an innovative printing process, which is carried out on an ink transfer substrate, to then be transferred to the fabric by heat and pressure. This allows the creation of unique and high-quality designs on garments of various kinds, ensuring optimal durability of the same even after several washes.
