The base fabric is Transparent Organza - Salamanca, composed of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2. The solid printed color is Plum Velvet Purple, with CMYK of 44 100 11 4. This color has a dark and deep tone that evokes elegance and sophistication. It perfectly combines with golden, pink, lilac, and pale grey tones, making it ideal for evening dresses and bridal lingerie. The fabric, digitally printed on one side, is visually and tactilely delicate and transparent. The transparent texture of the base fabric perfectly complements the solid printed color, which adds a soft velvet touch to the ensemble.
The fabric exhibits key characteristics such as its visual delicacy and transparency, in addition to having a fine and thin feel. The printing technology used to manufacture the fabric allows for impressive results in terms of color intensity and precision, a quality that allows for the enjoyment of the vibrant pigmentation of the solid color. The most common applications for the base fabric are in fashion and lingerie, especially in summer dresses, bridal lingerie, fashion accessories, scarves, and childrens clothing, among others.
To preserve the quality and delicacy of the fabric, the base fabric requires some care. It is not recommended to bleach the fabric, wash it at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, or tumble dry it. Additionally, it is also important to iron it at low temperatures. For cleaning, dry cleaning can be used, except for trichloroethylene.
The printing technology used to manufacture the base fabric with the solid printed color is sublimation. This printing process is used on polyesters and allows for the transfer of ink from a liquid to a vapor state, which is then evenly deposited onto the surface of the base fabric. The result is a high-quality and precise print that resists washing and retains its vibrancy for a long time.
