Transparent Gauze - Salamanca

The base fabric of this textile is a Transparent Gauze from Salamanca, made of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2. Its width is 150 cm and it is designed for use in lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, skirts, scarves, and childrens dresses. This fabric is ideal for the summer season due to its visual and tactile texture, which gives it a delicate and transparent appearance on the skin. In addition, its plain denim blue color, printed using sublimation technology, consists of 56% cyan ink, 29% magenta, 11% yellow, and 1% black in CMYK. This tone is very versatile, as it combines perfectly with neutral colors such as white and black or earthy tones such as camel and beige.

It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which gives it high quality and precision in the design. However, it is necessary to consider that this fabric should not be bleached and a wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC is recommended to prevent it from losing its color and texture. It can also be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene, and ironed at a low temperature, but it is not suitable for tumble dryers.

Regarding printing technology, sublimation is a process in which the ink turns into gas and adheres permanently to the fabric when it cools, creating a high-quality and durable image, with the advantage that the colors are brighter and the designs can be very complex.
