Transparent Gauze - Salamanca

The base fabric of this textile is Transparent Chiffon-Salamanca, with a composition of 100% polyester and a weight of 28 gr/m2. The plain printed color is an olive green with a CMYK ink combination of 41 27 99 11. This color presents as an earthy, natural tone, evoking nature and tranquility. It combines especially well with earth tones, beige, or browns, leading the color palette in a natural and organic direction.

This fabric is digitally printed on one side, ensuring superior quality in color and detail reproduction. The base fabric is transparent, has a soft and delicate texture to the touch, and is ideal for light and airy garments for the summer season.

Among the general characteristics of this fabric, we highlight its transparent visual texture and a very fine tactile texture. Considering the attributes of the base fabric, we can say that it is mainly used in lingerie, bridal wear, dresses, skirts, and sarongs. Additionally, thanks to its lightness and transparency, it is also used in scarves and childrens fashion accessories.

To ensure optimal longevity and quality of the fabric, certain special care instructions are suggested. It is important to follow these recommendations: do not bleach, wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, iron at cool temperatures, do not tumble dry, and dry cleaning is permitted except for trichloroethylene.

Finally, regarding the printing technology, Sublimation (polyester) is used to print this fabric. This technique involves printing the design on a special paper coated with an ink that sublimates on contact with heat. Then, that paper is pressed against the fabric using a specialized machine, where the sublimated inks melt onto the polyester, forming a permanent bond. The result is a high-quality image with exceptional durability.
