Transparent Gauze - Salamanca

The base fabric, Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, is made of 100% polyester with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The fabric is transparent and its plain printed color is in white and off-white shades with a CMYK of 8 5 15 0. This secondary color is characterized by having a faint pale pink hue. It pairs particularly well with warm and soft tones such as coral and light pink.

It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to consider that this is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its visual and tactile texture, both thin and transparent. This makes them ideal for use in lingerie, wedding dresses and womens dresses, skirts, sarongs, scarves, and childrens dresses. The fabric is perfect for the summer season, as it is light and fresh.

Regarding care for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and it can be dry cleaned, except with trichloroethylene. In addition, it should be ironed at a cool temperature and cannot be tumble dried.

Finally, the printing technology applied to this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This printing technology is carried out by heating the ink until it turns into gas and then compressing it into the fabric using a heat press. Thanks to this technique, high-quality, durable, and wash-resistant printing is achieved.
