The base fabric used in this case is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, a gauze fabric with a composition of 100% polyester, 28 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. As for the plain printed color, we find a camouflage green that is obtained by combining cyan (55), magenta (29), yellow (48) and black (11) inks, reflecting a CMYK of 55 29 48 11.
Camouflage green is a secondary color created by combining green and brown. It is a color that evokes nature and the battlefield, making it popular in some military-style clothing. In particular, this color combines very well with white, black and earthy tones, which makes it very versatile.
It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. As for its general characteristics, the fabric is characterized by its transparent visual texture and its thin feel, making it ideal for light and elegant garments.
Among the attributes of the base fabric are its various applications and uses, such as bridal lingerie and dresses, skirts, sarongs, scarves and childrens dresses. In addition, thanks to its light and transparent texture, transparent gauze is also widely used in summer fashion garments for women and men.
As for the necessary care for the fabric, bleaching and tumble drying should be avoided, as well as ironing at cold temperatures. On the other hand, a maximum washing temperature of 30ºC is recommended and dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene.
Finally, it is worth noting the printing technology used in this case, sublimation. This technique is used to print designs on polyester surfaces with special inks that vaporize and fix directly onto the fabric by pressure and heat, which ensures high quality and durability of the printed design.
