The base fabric is Transparent Organza - Salamanca, composed of 100% polyester, with a weight of 28 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. The plain color printed on this fabric is an olive green, which is obtained by combining four CMYK inks: 40% Cyan, 29% Magenta, 100% Yellow, and 13% Black. This secondary color has an earthy and natural tone, resembling the green of olive leaves. It combines perfectly with beige, terracotta, and dark yellow tones.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric but rather the ink is applied directly to the surface of the fabric. The fabric has a transparent visual texture and appearance, as well as a soft and delicate tactile texture. The base fabric is ideal for lingerie, wedding and party dresses, skirts, scarves, and sportswear. The printed olive green color is perfect for creating a feeling of nature and tranquility in any garment, bringing a touch of elegance and originality.
The base fabric requires specific care to prolong its useful life. It is recommended not to bleach the fabric and to wash at maximum temperatures of 30ºC. It can also be dry cleaned except for trichloroethylene and ironed at low temperatures. Tumble drying should not be used.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. The printing ink is a water-based ink, which transforms into gas upon contact with the fabric at high temperature and high pressure. The ink adheres permanently to the polyester fiber, creating a high-quality and resistant image. This technology allows for a wide variety of designs and colors, providing great versatility to the fabric.
