The base fabric is Transparent Gauze - Salamanca, with a composition of 100% POLYESTER and a weight of 28gr/m2. The plain printed color is Silk Blue, which consists of Cyan ink: 60, Magenta ink: 20, Yellow ink: 1 and Black ink: 0 with a CMYK of 60 20 1 0. This silk color is a very sophisticated, elegant and subtle tone, which adds a touch of sweetness and delicacy to any design. It combines especially well with pastel tones, neutral and metallic tones, allowing to create elegant and feminine designs.
The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing. It is important to note that it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which means there is less chance of the ink transferring when washing.
The base fabric has a transparent visual texture and a thin tactile texture. It is really soft to the touch, which makes it perfect for lingerie, dresses, skirts and scarves, as well as for sportswear and swimwear applications. The fabric is also ideal for wedding dresses, as its transparent and soft texture provides an ethereal and romantic look.
Regarding care, the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, it should not be bleached or tumble dried. It allows dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene, and ironing should be done at a cold temperature.
The printing technology used to manufacture the fabric is sublimation, which is a technique in which ink is printed onto transfer paper and transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure. Sublimation printing is commonly used to print high-quality fabrics, as it allows for the creation of detailed and sharp designs with vibrant and durable colors.
