The base fabric for this description is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Night Black, with a CMYK of 95 68 64 83. This color is dark, elegant, and sophisticated, making it ideal for creating mysterious and luxurious environments. Night Black pairs well with blue and gray tones, as well as earth tones.
It is worth noting that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side. Its general characteristics are soft to the touch and visually shiny. This is due to its soft and velvety texture and its sheen, which make it ideal for upholstered furniture and winter clothing.
Regarding the applications and uses of this fabric, it is ideal for decoration, upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for clothing such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, and vests. It can also be used for accessories like handbags and backpacks, and for decorative items such as cushions and baskets.
As for care instructions, the fabric should not be bleached and should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, avoiding dry cleaning with trichloroethylene and tumble drying. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is sublimation (polyester), a printing technique that allows ink transfer through heat and pressure, resulting in a durable and high-quality finish.
