The base fabric of the weave is the Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. With a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, it is characterized by its softness to the touch and a prominent visual sheen. The plain color printed on the fabric is a navy blue shade with a CMYK palette of 26 7 2 0, which translates into an attractive and sophisticated presence in the final color. The secondary color of the blue shade combines very well with cream, green, and grey tones, making it ideal for fashion garments and accessories, and for elegant room decorations. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, which allows for a crisp and high-quality finish.
The Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin features a soft and pleasant texture to the touch, with a visual sheen that gives it an elegant touch. For its part, the plain printed color is characterized by a brilliant appearance that highlights the design with strength and clarity. Furthermore, this fabric is especially versatile, allowing its application in various areas such as furniture decoration, fashion, accessories, and home textiles. It is perfect for making trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bags, baskets, and cushions, among others, thanks to its resistance and durability.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is important to note that it should not be bleached and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. Dry cleaning is not recommended, unless trichlorethylene is used, and it should be ironed at a cold temperature. A tumble dryer should also not be used for drying the fabric.
The fabric is printed using sublimation technology (polyester), which allows the ink to infiltrate the fibers of the fabric to create a high-quality and wear-resistant print. Digital textile printing produced using this technology is optimal for complex and varied designs, this being one of the main advantages of the Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin printed in plain color.
