The base fabric of this textile is the Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. The printed base color is Purple-Periwinkle, with a CMYK composition of 10 13 7 0. This color is a mix of dark purple and brown tones, evoking elegance and warmth. The secondary color, Periwinkle, which appears as soft gleams on the fabric, has a certain subtlety and depth that make it attractive for combining with light tones such as beige or white, and more intense ones such as red or orange.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means that it is a process that is not permanent like dyeing, but rather adheres to the surface of the fabric by chemical reaction, allowing great precision in the creation of varied designs.
Regarding its characteristics, Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is a fabric that is soft to the touch and slightly visually shiny, which provides great elegance in any application. Regarding the care this fabric should have, it is important to note that it cannot be bleached and that the garment does not allow dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. It is important to follow the washing instructions and maintain a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and not to use a tumble dryer.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high-precision printing on a wide variety of fabrics with a high-quality result.
