The base fabric of this garment is Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, a weight of 280 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Brown and Sepia with a CMYK of 34 69 68 42. This shade presents itself in an elegant and sophisticated manner, ideal for winter. Its complementary color palette includes deep reds, oranges, and mustards.
It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high quality in the reproduction of details and nuances in both color and texture. The fabric has a soft texture and a visual sheen that makes it very attractive.
Regarding general characteristics, the fabric is very versatile and suitable for both decoration and garment manufacturing. It can be used to upholster chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, vests, bags, backpacks, and accessories. Additionally, its use in making cushions and baskets is very suitable for the home.
As for care, it requires mild detergent, maximum washing temperatures of 30ºC, does not allow bleach or dry cleaning (except trichloroethylene), cold ironing, and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, the fabric is produced using sublimation technology, which is used for printing on polyester fabrics. In this process, it is printed on paper at a specific temperature and pressure and then permanently transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This method allows for excellent definition of details and nuances without affecting the softness and texture of the base fabric.
