The Velvety Corduroy - Dublin base fabric features a plain color printed in Orange and NavajoWhite tones. Its CMYK is 7 20 39 0, indicating a warm and bright color combination. Orange is an energizing and vital color that symbolizes creativity, joy, and vitality. On the other hand, NavajoWhite is a muted, creamy, and soft hue that balances the Orange and produces a harmonious ensemble. This secondary color combines especially well with turquoise greens and aqua blues, achieving a fresh and elegant palette. The base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which ensures high precision in detail resolution and a crisp, vibrant image.
The Velvety Corduroy - Dublin base fabric has several outstanding characteristics. It is a soft and velvety fabric to the touch, offering a pleasant and high-quality texture. Furthermore, its weight of 280 gr/m2 makes it a resistant and durable fabric, ideal for decoration and upholstery applications, as well as in fashion and accessories. Regarding the applications and uses of the base fabric, its versatility in home decoration stands out, especially in upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as in making cushions and baskets. It is also suitable for womens and mens fashion, making garments such as pants, overshirts, jackets, blazers, and coats, as well as accessories like handbags and backpacks.
It should be noted that the Velvety Corduroy - Dublin base fabric requires specific care, such as no bleaching, washing in cold water at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and not ironing at high temperatures. Dry cleaning is recommended, and avoiding the use of tumble dryers.
Finally, the printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This process involves applying ink to transfer paper and then transferring it to the fabric using heat and pressure, achieving a saturated, durable, and light- and wash-resistant image.
