The base fabric of this textile is Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, a weight of 280 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a medium Purple tone, with a CMYK of 35 40 5 0. This secondary color is a sophisticated and elegant shade that pairs particularly well with grays, greens, and neutral tones.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing; it is not a dyed fabric but rather a digital print applied directly to the surface of the fabric. The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch and visually presents a shiny appearance.
Velvet Corduroy - Dublin is a very versatile fabric with various applications and uses, including decoration and upholstery for chairs, armchairs, sofas, cushions, baskets, and accessories such as handbags or backpacks. Additionally, it is also suitable for making clothing items such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, and bomber jackets.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not bleach, do not dry clean except with trichloroethylene, and iron at low temperature. It cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, a process that involves transferring the design printed on paper to the fabric surface using heat and pressure, thus creating a high-quality and resistant print on the fabric.
