Velvetleaf - Dublin

The base fabric of this textile is Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is a beautiful purple with a CMYK ink combination of 58, 95, 2, and 0. This color shows great visual intensity with a brilliant finish that is ideal for striking designs. It pairs perfectly with complementary colors such as yellow, orange, and pink.

It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with a solid color on one side, using digital textile printing, and is not a dyed fabric. This means that color intensity is not lost when washed or worn over time. The fabric texture is soft to the touch and highly resistant, making it versatile for use in decoration, upholstery, and fashion.

General features include the softness and resistance of the base fabric and the great visual intensity of the solid printed color. This fabric is suitable for both decoration and fashion, for making garments such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, vests, bags, and backpacks, as well as for upholstery on sofas, armchairs, chairs, cushions, and baskets.

Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not dry clean except with dry cleaning that does not contain trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.

The printing technology used is sublimation, which utilizes a special printer and sublimation inks that turn into gas at high temperatures, causing the ink to penetrate the fabric and set permanently, producing high-quality and highly durable prints. Digital textile printing allows the image to be transferred directly to the fabric, preventing any wear or loss of color.
