The base fabric in question is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. Its grammage is 280 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The plain printed color is a medium violet-red pink with a CMYK of 33 100 2 1. This color is vibrant and sophisticated, making it perfect for adding a dose of energy to any decoration or fashion project. The secondary color is a shade of pink with a touch of violet and red that evokes feelings of passion and creativity. Medium violet-red pink combines well with other colors such as white, brown, army green, black, and gold.
It is important to mention that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side by digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. The general characteristics of the fabric are that it has a soft touch and a shiny appearance. In addition, Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is versatile and can be used for decoration, upholstery, fashion, and accessories. It is ideal for upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making garments such as trousers, overshirts, jackets, and blazers. It is also perfect for making baskets and bags.
Regarding the necessary care for Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, it is recommended not to bleach the garment and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning, but it does allow dry cleaning with the exception of trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a low temperature and cannot be tumble dried.
Finally, it is important to highlight that the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). Sublimation is a printing technique that uses a heat and pressure process to transfer ink to the fabric. The ink turns into vapor and adheres to the fibers of the fabric, which produces a vibrant and durable color. In addition, digital textile printing guarantees exceptional quality in the reproduction of designs and colors on any type of fabric.
