The base fabric, Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, is a corduroy composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. As for the solid printed color, it is a beautiful red shade with burnt rose nuances, with a CMYK of 30 95 33 24. This secondary color conveys a feeling of warmth and serenity, perfectly complementing earthy, golden, and ochre tones.
It is worth noting that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed on one side. The general characteristics of this fabric include its soft touch and visual shine, making it ideal for use in decorations, upholstery, clothing, and accessories.
Among the most common applications and uses for this type of fabric, we find its use in decorating furniture such as chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as accessories such as handbags and backpacks, or clothing such as pants, jackets, blazers, and overshirts. It is also common to find it in the making of cushions for the home, both for the kitchen and for the living room and bedroom, as well as baskets and other indoor and outdoor decorative elements.
It is important to note that this fabric requires certain specific care for proper conservation, such as not bleaching, washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, not dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene, ironing at a cool temperature, and not tumble drying.
Finally, it is worth mentioning the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric, polyester sublimation, which allows for high-quality and resistant printing on one side of the fabric. This means that the solid printed color will maintain its intensity and shine despite use and washing.
