The base fabric of this textile is Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a Plum Pastel Red with a CMYK of 32 100 62 45. The secondary color of this fabric is a soft and elegant purple tone. It combines particularly well with other neutral tones, such as black and gray, but also works well with similar tones like pink and burgundy.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. That is, it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side, which gives the fabric a cleaner and more uniform appearance.
Regarding the characteristics of the base fabric, its softness and velvety texture stand out. As for the printed color, its brilliance and luminosity are its strong points. The fabric lends itself particularly well to decoration and upholstery of furniture, as well as for use in fashion and accessories.
Some of the recommended applications and uses for this fabric are decorating chairs, armchairs, and sofas, making pants, jackets, blazers, and coats, as well as creating accessories like handbags and backpacks. It can also be used for making cushions and baskets for the home.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, do not dry clean except with trichloroethylene, iron at a cool temperature, and do not tumble dry.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which allows the use of polyester fabrics and results in a sharp, high-quality image that does not fade or bleed over time.
