The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. The solid printed color is a watermelon pink with CMYK values: 16 67 40 5, which translates into an intense pink tone with warm undertones. This color is perfect for combining with light shades such as white or beige, as well as with more intense tones such as dark blue or emerald green. It should be noted that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which guarantees high quality and durability of the color.
Regarding the general characteristics, Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is characterized by having a soft and shiny texture, which gives it an elegant and sophisticated look. Due to its composition, it is a resistant and durable fabric, making it ideal for upholstering furniture or making fashion garments. As for the solid printed color, it stands out for its intensity and brightness, which makes it a wise choice for garments or accessories that want to stand out.
Among the applications and uses of the base fabric are upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, making pants, overshirts, jackets, and blazers, as well as creating accessories such as bags or backpacks. In addition, it is also suitable for creating cushions and baskets for the home. Due to its high durability, it is ideal for those pieces that require extra resistance.
It is important to take into account the care required for Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, as it is not suitable for bleaching or dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. Washing at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and ironing at a cool temperature are recommended. It is not advisable to use a tumble dryer for this fabric.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is sublimation, which consists of printing on a transfer and transferring the image to the fabric in question using heat. In this way, high quality and sharpness of the printed image are achieved, guaranteeing great color durability.
