The base fabric of this textile is Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane. Its grammage is 280 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is Charcoal Red, which has a CMYK of 22 88 61 13. This color is characterized by a dark red tone with a deep grayish nuance. It is a versatile color that can combine with neutral tones such as white and black, as well as with red and orange tones.
This fabric is digitally printed on one side using textile digital printing. The combination of the base fabric and the solid color print creates a soft and shiny texture, which highlights the depth of the charcoal red tone.
Among the general characteristics of this fabric, we can highlight its softness to the touch and its visual sheen. Regarding applications and uses, it is an ideal fabric for Decoration and Fashion, being used for upholstering chairs, sofas, making pants, jackets, blazers, and bags, among others. In addition, it is perfect for making accessories for both men and women.
It is important to provide proper care for this fabric. It should not be bleached, and the garment does not allow dry cleaning with trichloroethylene. Care instructions indicate that the garment should be washed at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and ironed at a low temperature. Furthermore, it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology used on this fabric is sublimation, which is a technique that uses special printers that transfer ink at high temperature and pressure to create high-quality and durable images. With this printing technology, the ink turns into gas and fuses with the fabric fibers to create a resistant and long-lasting print.
