The Corduroy Velvet - Dublin base fabric has a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. As for its printed solid color, it presents a light orange hue with a CMYK proportion of 11 32 93 2. This color evokes feelings of energy, optimism, and vitality, making its ideal combination with neutral colors such as white or gray. It should be noted that the fabric is printed with this solid color on one side by digital textile printing.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric and its color, it should be noted that the Corduroy Velvet - Dublin has a soft texture and a pleasant feel. In addition, its visual sheen enhances its elegant aesthetic. For its part, the printed light orange color presents great intensity and vibrancy, being very resistant to wear and fading.
Among the applications and uses of this base fabric are decoration and upholstery of chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as the manufacture of winter garments such as pants, overshirts, jackets, blazers, and coats. It can also be used for the creation of accessories such as handbags and backpacks. In any case, its spectacular light orange color will add an original and striking touch to any project.
It is important to highlight the specific care required for this fabric. It is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC, and not dry clean, although it does allow dry cleaning except with trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature and it should not be tumble dried.
Finally, the printing technology with which this fabric is manufactured is sublimation, which allows excellent color fixation and great definition in the printed image. In addition, this printing technique does not damage the fabric and does not affect its original texture or feel.
