The base fabric is Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, a corduroy composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed plain color is yellow/biscuit brown with a CMYK of 26 27 98 8. This secondary color, with a warm and natural tone, combines perfectly with other shades such as white, beige, or olive green.
It is important to mention that the base fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which adds greater durability and definition to the design. The soft texture and visual sheen of this fabric make it perfect for use in decoration, upholstery, fashion, and accessories.
Velvet Corduroy - Dublin, in addition to its softness and sheen, has general characteristics such as its resistance and durability thanks to its composition and weight. This fabric is ideal for applications or uses such as decoration and upholstery of sofas, chairs, armchairs, and cushions, as well as the manufacture of pants, jackets, coats, or accessories such as bags and backpacks.
Regarding the care this fabric requires, it is advisable not to bleach it and to keep it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC during washing. The garment does not allow dry cleaning with trichloroethylene, and dry cleaning is preferred. It is recommended to iron at a cool temperature and avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used in this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process that allows ink to be transferred to the fabric permanently with exceptional image quality. This process is carried out using specialized equipment that applies heat and pressure so that the sublimated ink is impregnated into the pores of the fabric, thus creating a durable design resistant to washing and wear.
