Velvetleaf - Dublin

The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, with a composition of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, a weight of 280 gr/m2, and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a camel brown, with 20% cyan ink, 30% magenta ink, 60% yellow ink, and 7% black ink, giving a CMYK value of 20 30 60 7. This color combines especially well with earth tones and neutrals. It is important to emphasize that the fabric is digitally printed on one side and is not a dyed fabric, but rather printed.

The general characteristics of the base fabric are its softness and visual sheen, making it ideal for use in both fashion and decoration. Regarding applications and uses, its utility stands out for upholstery of chairs and sofas, for making overshirts, jackets, blazers, coats, and vests, as well as for the production of bags and backpacks. It is also suitable for decorating cushions, both for bedroom and living room, outdoor, and kitchen, and for baskets.

Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach and to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. Dry cleaning is not allowed except for trichloroethylene, and a tumble dryer should be avoided. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature.

Finally, the printing technology used is polyester sublimation, which consists of transferring the ink through heat or pressure directly to the polyester fabric, resulting in high quality and wash resistance.
