The base fabric of this textile is a Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The printed solid color is a biscuit yellow/brown with a CMYK of 19 34 80 7. This secondary color is a representation of nature and autumn, and pairs well with green and orange tones. The fabric is printed with this solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side.
The Velvety Corduroy - Dublin is a soft-touch fabric with a glossy finish. The solid color printed on this fabric is sharp and vibrant, conveying a sense of elegance and sophistication. The fabric is durable and abrasion-resistant, making it a good choice for decoration projects that require a wear-resistant fabric. The printed color has a luxurious and warm feel that adds a touch of style and excellent quality to any fashion garment or decoration project.
This fabric has multiple applications. It is perfect for decorative projects, such as upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, and for creating cushions, baskets, and other home accessories. It is also an excellent choice for creating garments, such as trousers, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, vests, bags, backpacks, and overshirts for women and men. Furthermore, it is an excellent fabric for outdoor decoration projects due to its durability.
To care for this fabric, it should be noted that it should not be bleached and the maximum washing temperature is 30ºC. The garment is not suitable for dry cleaning, except with trichloroethylene. It should be ironed at a cool temperature and should not be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation. This process uses heat to transfer ink from paper to fabric in a safe and durable manner. Sublimation is a state-of-the-art technique that offers the highest quality printing on fabric. This technology allows the ink to penetrate the fabric fibers, which prevents fading or wear over time. In addition, sublimation allows for printing large designs with a large number of colors, which means that design possibilities are almost limitless.
