Velvetleaf - Dublin

The base fabric is a Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a khaki yellow, with a CMYK of 8 2 51 0. This color has a warm and soft hue, evoking nature and tranquility. It combines well with neutral tones such as white, beige, and gray, and also with greens, light browns, and terracotta.

The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing. The general characteristics of the fabric are its soft and shiny texture, making it ideal for upholstering sofas and chairs, and also for making jackets, blazers, and accessories such as bags and backpacks.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we also find interior decoration, particularly for bedroom and living room cushions, living room baskets, and kitchen cushions. Thanks to its composition, it is ideal for winter, as it offers a warm and cozy finish.

Regarding care, the fabric should not be bleached, should be washed at maximum temperatures of 30ºC, and is not suitable for dry cleaning, except for the use of trichloroethylene. Ironing should be done at a cool temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used on this type of fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for high-quality and precise digital textile printing. This process involves transferring ink from special printing paper to the base fabric, using heat and pressure to ensure that the ink penetrates deeply into the fabric fibers.
