Velvetleaf - Dublin

The base fabric for this textile is the Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its plain printed color is Dark Moccasin Green, which is obtained by a combination of cyan (50%), magenta (39%), yellow (100%), and black (29%) ink. This color features earthy tones and a warm, cozy feel. It combines well with light tones such as beige and white, as well as dark tones such as brown.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but printed on one side. This printing technique allows for great definition and color quality, in addition to allowing for the customization of designs.

The Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin base fabric features a soft texture to the touch and a visual sheen that makes it visually attractive. In addition, this fabric is ideal for upholstering furniture and chairs, as well as for creating accessories, jackets, and bags. Its ideal season is winter due to its ability to provide warmth and its cozy appearance.

Regarding care, it is recommended to wash the garment at a maximum temperature of 30°C and not to bleach it. If dry cleaning is required, the use of trichloroethylene should be avoided, and it should only be ironed at a cold temperature. The use of tumble dryers is not recommended.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which consists of applying ink to a transfer paper sheet and then transferring that ink to the base fabric through a process of pressure and temperature. This technique guarantees high print quality and is especially suitable for synthetic fabrics such as polyester.
