The base fabric is Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is sage green, with a CMYK of 31 19 28 3. This color combines particularly well with earth tones and neutrals such as beige and grey.
The fabric is printed with a solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which offers high quality and definition in the printed design. The fabrics texture is soft to the touch and visually bright, which brings great elegance to the garment or final product.
Among the most notable characteristics of the base fabric, in addition to its softness and brightness, are its durability and resistance to abrasion and wear. On the other hand, the printed color boasts excellent fixation and resistance to fading and wear.
The applications and uses of this fabric are multiple, being suitable for both home decoration and clothing. In decoration, it is used for upholstering chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as for making cushions and baskets. In fashion, it is primarily used for manufacturing trousers, jackets, blazers, bomber jackets, vests, and accessories such as handbags and backpacks.
For the care of the fabric, we recommend not bleaching it and washing it at a maximum temperature of 30ºC. It is not suitable for dry cleaning with trichloroethylene, but it does allow dry cleaning. It is recommended to iron it at a cool temperature and not to tumble dry it.
Finally, the printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation (POLYESTER), which consists of transferring a design printed on paper via an ink printer onto a polyester surface using heat and pressure. This results in complete fixation of the design onto the fabric, ensuring high quality and durability.
