The Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin is a fabric composed of 85% POLYESTER, 12% POLYAMIDE, and 3% ELASTANE. Its weight of 280 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm make it ideal for decoration and fashion applications, such as upholstering chairs or sofas and making trousers, jackets, or bags. The color of the printed fabric is a medium teal, represented in CMYK with 87 Cyan ink, 34 Magenta ink, 56 Yellow ink, and 26 Black ink. This color is soft and visually bright, making it ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. When combined with other colors, such as earth tones or oranges, the result can be exquisite in interior decoration and fashion textiles.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with a plain color on one side using digital textile printing. It is important to mention that this is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side.
The Velveteen Corduroy - Dublin has a soft and visually bright texture, thanks to its corduroy characteristics. These characteristics make this type of fabric perfect for interior decoration and fashion textiles. Among its most outstanding attributes, its soft and brilliant feel is perfect for baskets and bedspreads. Likewise, its velvety texture combined with its shine are the perfect pair for making jackets or blousons.
Regarding care, the manufacturers recommendations should be followed, avoiding bleaching, dry cleaning, and tumble drying. It is important to wash at a maximum temperature of 30ºC and iron at a cool temperature to avoid damaging the fabric in the process.
Sublimation printing technology is used for this fabric, which allows for bright and sharp colors to be printed, especially suitable for decoration and fashion textiles. Sublimation involves printing the image onto transfer paper, which is then transferred to the fabric through a thermal process, thus obtaining a sharp and durable image.
