The base fabric is Velvety Corduroy - Dublin, composed of 85% polyester, 12% polyamide, and 3% elastane, with a weight of 280 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a Denim Blue, with a CMYK of 51 11 8 0, which gives it a bright visual appearance and a soft texture to the touch. It combines with colors such as white, black, grey, and beige.
It should be noted that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side by digital textile printing, which means that it is not a dyed fabric, but printed on one side. In addition, the Velvety Corduroy - Dublin and its printed color are of high quality, thus guaranteeing excellent durability and resistance.
Among the outstanding applications and uses for this type of fabric, we find its use in decoration as upholstery for chairs, armchairs, and sofas, as well as in textile/home for cushions and baskets. It is also a fabric used in fashion to make pants, jackets, and blazers for both women and men, and in accessories such as handbags and backpacks.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is important to avoid bleaching it, dry cleaning it, and tumble drying it. The maximum washing temperature should be 30ºC and it can be ironed at a cool temperature. In addition, dry cleaning with trichloroethylene is recommended.
Finally, the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows intense and durable color printing on the materials surface. This digital textile printing technology is one of the most innovative today and guarantees the quality of the image and the resistance of the printed color.
