Cloth - Glasgow

The base fabric of this textile is Glasgow Cloth, a woolen fabric composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane. Its weight is 380 gr/m2 and its width is 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is a beautiful shade of blue, specifically a Gulf Blue identified with a CMYK value of 18 6 6 0. The secondary color observed in this shade is a soft sky blue, which gives the fabric a delicacy and simplicity that make it ideal for a wide variety of uses and applications. This secondary color combines especially well with gray tones, creating an elegant and sophisticated effect.

Both the weave of the base fabric and the printed solid color exhibit resistant, durable, and high-quality characteristics. The texture of the fabric is soft to the touch, making it perfect for garments that require a special touch in their construction. To maintain this fabric in perfect condition, it is important to follow certain care guidelines. It is recommended not to bleach the garment, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºc, iron it at a warm temperature, it is not suitable for dry cleaning, and cannot be tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester). This technique allows colors to integrate into the fabric fiber, creating a durable and wear-resistant material without affecting its softness. The printing is done on only one side of the fabric, guaranteeing the quality and uniformity of the colors at all times.
