The base fabric is a Glasgow cloth composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is navy blue, with a CMYK of 26 7 2 0. This shade evokes the depth of the ocean and is associated with stability, trust, and security. It combines excellently with yellow and orange tones, as well as green and gray shades, creating an atmosphere of freshness and elegance.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means it is not a dyed fabric but rather printed on one side. The fabric texture is soft to the touch, making it ideal for manufacturing high-quality apparel. Additionally, its firmness and comfort make it an excellent choice for making decorative home accessories.
Among the applications and uses of this base fabric are the manufacturing of coats and trench coats for women and men during the winter and autumn/winter 2021 seasons, the making of blazers and jackets, and the creation of kitchen cloths and coasters. It is also used in the making of textiles for religious altars.
To maintain the fabric in perfect condition, it is important not to bleach it and not to dry clean it. It is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C and iron it at a warm temperature. Avoid tumble drying.
The printing technology used for the manufacturing of this base fabric is sublimation, which allows for the transfer of color from a special sheet onto the fabric. This process allows for high resolution of the printed images, enabling a wide variety of designs and patterns.
