The base fabric of this textile is Glasgow cloth, primarily composed of polyester and viscose, with 2% elastane providing it with some flexibility. Its weight of 380 gr/m2 and width of 150 cm give it great strength and durability. The solid color printed on this fabric is a deep green with teal undertones, with a combination of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks resulting in a CMYK of 93 50 52 49. This secondary color holds a certain symbolism, representing the depth and stability of the sea, conveying calm and serenity in any environment. This color pairs particularly well with raw, earthy tones and lighter greens.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed on only one side using digital textile printing technology. This technique allows for a uniform and wash-resistant finish, preserving the quality of the original print for a long time. Additionally, the softness of the fabric provides a pleasant texture to the touch.
Among the general characteristics of the fabric, its high resistance and durability stand out, as well as its soft and pleasant feel. It can also be used for blazers or trench coats.
It is important to consider the necessary care to keep this fabric in good condition. Bleaching the garment is not recommended, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron at a warm temperature, and avoid tumble drying. Additionally, the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.
The printing technology used on this fabric is polyester sublimation, which uses heat and pressure to transfer the ink to the fiber. This ensures a uniform and resistant finish, allowing for a wide variety of high-quality, full-color designs without design limitations.
