Description

The base fabric is a cloth composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, called Paño - Glasgow. The plain color printed on the fabric is corn yellow, with a CMYK of 9 3 50 0, and it is printed on one side using digital textile printing. This color conveys energy and vitality, associated with joy and creativity, in addition to being a color that is easily combinable with other tones in a great diversity of looks.

The characteristics of the base fabric are its soft touch and pleasant texture. The color printed on the fabric is durable, resistant, and will not fade over time. The applications of the fabric are wide, allowing its use in both fashion and home textiles. For use in fashion, coats, trench coats, jackets, vests, blazers, and jackets can be made, while in the home, it can be used as coasters or kitchen towels. It is also popular in fabrics for altars. Glasgow cloth is ideal for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season.

It is important to consider the care instructions when washing or ironing the fabric. To ensure that the fabric retains its color and texture, it is recommended to wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not bleach, iron at a warm temperature, and avoid dry cleaning and tumble drying.

For the manufacturing of the printed fabric, sublimation technology on polyester is used. This technique involves applying heat and pressure to special inks that evaporate and adhere to the surface of the fabric, creating a crisp and vibrant image. The advantage of sublimation is that the inks are absorbed by the fabrics fibers instead of remaining on the surface, ensuring a resistant and durable print.
