The base fabric of this textile is Glasgow Cloth, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed is a Bright Garnet Red with a ink combination of Cyan 23, Magenta 100, Yellow 58, and Black 18 (CMYK: 23 100 58 18). This secondary color is vibrant and warm, creating a feeling of intensity and passion in those who observe it. It pairs perfectly with earth tones, oranges, and greens to achieve striking contrasts.
It is worth noting that the fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, which means that the solid color is on only one side of the fabric. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture and feel. The combination of these characteristics with the bright garnet red printed color produces an elegant and sophisticated fabric, perfect for haute couture, fashion, and home textiles.
The attributes of the base fabric include its use in other applications, altar cloths, womens/mens fashion, coats/trench coats, jackets/vests, blazers, jackets, dining coasters, and kitchen cloths. This is largely due to its quality and resistance, which makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses. Additionally, it is important to mention that this fabric is suitable for use during the winter and autumn/winter, 2021 seasons.
It is important to know the necessary care to maintain the quality of the fabric. In this case, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a warm temperature, and do not tumble dry to avoid damaging the base fabric and the printed color.
The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation with polyester, which allows for excellent color fixation and high-quality detail in the print. In addition, this technology allows for a wide variety of colors and effects impossible to achieve with other printing techniques. In summary, the Glasgow Cloth printed with the bright garnet red color offers an elegant and sophisticated fabric, suitable for a wide variety of applications and uses.
