Description

The base fabric, Paño Glasgow, is a high-quality broadcloth made of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color in garnet brown has a CMYK of 33 84 98 46. This color is characterized by its dark and elegant tone, with a combination of brown and garnet that creates depth and texture. It pairs perfectly with earthy tones, browns, and beige, as well as dark tones like black and navy blue.

It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which allows for high print quality and a durable finish. The base fabric also has a soft texture to the touch and is ideal for making outerwear and jackets.

Regarding its general characteristics, Glasgow fabric is resistant and durable, making it perfect for manufacturing high-quality garments. In addition, its composition of polyester, viscose, and elastane makes it comfortable and elastic, which makes it ideal for garments that require mobility, such as coats and jackets.

Among the applications and uses of the fabric are outerwear and trench coats, jackets and vests, blazers and formal wear. It can also be used in home textiles, such as coasters and kitchen towels. Its ideal season is winter and autumn/winter 2021.

It is important to note that Glasgow fabric requires special care when washing. It should not be bleached, the maximum washing temperature is 40°C, and dry cleaning is not allowed. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature, and it cannot be tumble dried.

Finally, Glasgow fabric is printed using polyester sublimation technology. This process consists of printing the image on a sheet of paper and transferring it through a heat and pressure process to the base fabric, which allows for high print quality and exceptional durability over time.
