The base fabric is Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a vibrant Mandarin Orange, with a CMYK ink combination of 14 53 55 3 respectively. This color is described as a warm and fiery tone, capable of attracting attention in any garment or object it is used with. Its combination with other colors includes cool and neutral tones, such as blue, gray, and black, as well as brown and red.
The fabric is printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, which means the color is only present on the surface used and is not dyed into the fabric structure. The general characteristics of the base fabric are its soft texture and heavy weight, making it a good option for making outerwear and other decorative elements. The solid printed color, for its part, is resistant to light and wear, maintaining its intensity and brightness over time.
Among the applications and uses of the fabric, highlights include the confection of coats, jackets, blousons, blazers, and coasters, as well as its use in altars and decorative elements for the kitchen and dining room. The fabric is also ideal for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 seasons due to its weight and texture.
Regarding the care of the fabric, it is recommended not to bleach it, wash it at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, iron it at a warm temperature, and avoid tumble drying. Furthermore, the garment does not allow dry cleaning.
The printing technology used in the manufacturing of this fabric is polyester sublimation, a process based on the transfer of ink through transfer paper at a high temperature. This printing method allows for high-quality results and color fidelity on a wide variety of fabrics and objects.
