The base fabric is Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 g/m2 and a width of 150 cm, ideal for winter and autumn/winter 2021 garments. The plain printed color is a light orange with CMYK values of 9 26 47 1, with magenta ink being the most prominent. This color evokes warmth and energy and is also associated with creativity and enthusiasm. Additionally, orange combines well with brown, yellow, and red tones. It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with this plain color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means only one side has the color printed.
The base fabric has a soft texture, is resistant and durable, making it perfect for outerwear, jackets, and blazers. Its versatility is not limited to fashion; it can also be used in home textiles such as coasters and kitchen towels. Regarding care, it is important to wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not use bleach, iron at a warm temperature, and do not tumble dry. The fabric does not support dry cleaning.
The printing technology used on this base fabric is sublimation (polyester), which means that colors are impregnated into the fabric fibers through heat and pressure, producing high-quality and durable images that do not fade with use and washing. It is important to note that this is not a dyeing process, and the fabric is only printed on one side.
