The base fabric is Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% POLYESTER, 5% VISCOSE, 2% ELASTANE, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid color printed on this fabric is dark orange, with a CMYK content of 17 42 100 6. This chromatic spectrum provides a genuine and vibrant nuance, with a modern touch that evokes regeneration. Dark orange is a symbolic color of energy, vitality, and creativity. It combines especially well with dark green, beige, and ivory tones, providing a very cozy and sophisticated contrast. It is important to note that the fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only, using digital textile printing.
The base fabric has a soft texture to the touch, providing a silky and high-quality tactile experience. In addition, the blend of polyester, viscose, and elastane provides a fabric with good resistance and durability. On the other hand, the dark orange color printed on this fabric perfectly combines with the attributes of the base fabric, providing a high-quality print and great color fidelity.
The Paño - Glasgow fabric can be used in multiple applications. These include the making of coats, trench coats, jackets, and blazers for both women and men. It is also perfect for use in the home, such as coasters in the dining room or kitchen towels. In addition, it is a fabric used to decorate altars. However, due to its technical characteristics, it is more suitable for making clothing.
It is important to consider the specific care required for this fabric. Bleach is not recommended and it should not be dry cleaned. It is advisable to use a maximum temperature of 40ºC for washing. In addition, it should be ironed at a warm temperature and a tumble dryer should not be used for drying.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which consists of a physical-chemical process that allows the ink printed on paper to be transferred through the application of heat and pressure. In this way, a high-quality print is achieved, with great color fidelity and excellent resistance to fading and deterioration from washing.
