The base fabric of this textile is a Glasgow plain weave composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its care is simple, avoiding bleaching and temperatures above 40ºC, ironing at a warm temperature, and avoiding tumble drying. This solid color printed polyester is composed of a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks in a specific proportion of 91, 77, 63, and 97, respectively, whose final result is a night black color that combines with neutral colors such as white and beige, as well as with stronger tones such as red, purple, and dark green. This fabric and its solid printed color are designed for single-sided digital textile printing.
The characteristics of this fabric are distinguished by its softness to the touch and texture, which give it great quality and durability. Its solid printed color is characterized by being resistant to washing and ironing, maintaining its hue over time. This fabric is suitable for various applications, such as outerwear (coats, trench coats, jackets), garments (blazers, jackets), and home textile products (coasters, kitchen tablecloths, etc.). In addition, printed polyester allows the creation of personalized designs, adapting to the trends of each season.
This fabric must be cared for with caution, avoiding the use of bleach and high temperatures in washing. It is recommended to iron at a warm temperature and avoid tumble drying. These cares guarantee adequate durability and quality for prolonged use.
The printing technology applied to this fabric is sublimation, which uses a specialized printer to apply ink to the fabric, creating a high-resolution image or design. In this process, heat is used to transfer the ink from the paper to the fabric, producing a durable print resistant to fading and wear. This process guarantees high-resolution print quality and an exceptional final result in terms of color and durability.
