The base fabric is Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a fabric width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a Macaroni and Cheese yellow, with a CMYK ink combination of 10:15:34:0 in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, respectively. This secondary color is a warm and inviting tone that complements earth tones, greens, and oranges well.
The fabric is single-sided printed using digital textile printing, meaning the solid color is present only on one side of the fabric. The texture of this fabric is soft to the touch, resulting in a comfortable and cozy feel.
Among the characteristics of the base fabric, its resistance and durability stand out, thanks to the fabric composition and its weight. Additionally, its versatility of use is evident in applications such as altars, coats, jackets, vests, blazers, jackets, and dishcloths. Thanks to its thermal capacity, it is an excellent choice for the autumn and winter season of 2021.
To care for and maintain the fabric, it is important to follow certain guidelines. Bleaching is not recommended, and the washing temperature should not exceed 40ºC. Neither dry cleaning nor tumble drying is recommended. It can be ironed at a warm temperature to avoid damage to the print.
The printing technology used for this fabric is sublimation, which consists of transferring an image through special paper onto the fabric using a process of heat and pressure. This process produces vibrant and long-lasting colors, ensuring a defined and bright image.
