Description

The base fabric, called Paño - Glasgow, is composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is an intense army green which is composed as follows: 70% cyan ink, 48% magenta ink, 93% yellow ink, and 51% black ink, with its CMYK color model combination being 70 48 93 51.

The army green color is an intense shade that symbolizes patience and tranquility, as well as stability and strength. This color combines perfectly with other earthy or neutral colors, such as beige, grey, or black, creating a natural and balanced harmony. It is important to note that the base fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, so it is advisable to take care of it to preserve its color intensity and durability in use.

Generally, the base fabric has a soft and pleasant texture to the touch, making it ideal for making winter and autumn clothing. In addition, its high quality allows to increase its useful life and maintain its shape and color over time. Regarding the printed color, being a digital textile print, a uniform and clear tone is obtained.

Among the applications and uses of the base fabric, we highlight its versatility for making clothing such as coats, trench coats, jackets, vests, blazers, and jackets, as well as for creating home items such as coasters or kitchen towels. Its most common use in the winter and autumn season is for outerwear, thanks to the blend of its materials that make it a resistant and warm fabric.

Regarding its care, it is recommended not to bleach, machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, avoid dry cleaning, iron at a warm temperature, and do not tumble dry. These cares ensure that the fabric retains its soft texture and uniform color.

For the production of the fabric, digital textile printing technology called sublimation (polyester) is used. This printing technology is performed in a process that involves transferring ink from printed paper to the fabric using heat to fix the image on the fabric. This ink transfer process guarantees a uniform and durable color on the fabric for long-term use.
