Cloth - Glasgow

The base fabric for this textile is Glasgow cloth, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The DarkOliveGreen printed on this fabric is achieved with a combination of cyan ink (51%), magenta (34%), yellow (84%), and black (20%) using sublimation technology (polyester). This color is a dark olive green and has a calm and confident presence. It symbolizes stability, maturity, and learning, but also nature and freshness. It is an easy color to combine with others such as beige, brown, gold, and pink.

The fabric is printed with the plain color on one side using digital textile printing. The fabric has a soft touch and a pleasant texture. Furthermore, the fabric is resistant and durable, allowing its use in a wide variety of applications. The base fabric is used in outerwear such as coats, trench coats, jackets, and blazers, as well as in home products like kitchen towels and coasters.

The applications and uses of the fabric also include other personalized uses, such as fabrics for altars, due to the durability and elegance of the textile. It is important to note that the fabric should be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, should not be bleached, and dry cleaning is not allowed. Ironing should be done at a warm temperature, and it should not be tumble dried.

In this process, a special printer is used to print the image onto transfer paper, and then it is transferred to the fabric through heat and pressure.
