Description

The base fabric of this textile is a broadcloth called Glasgow, which is mostly composed of polyester and also contains viscose and elastane, providing comfort and softness to the touch. Its weight is 380 gr/m2 and it has a width of 150cm. As for the printed color, it is a light green-aquamarine tone achieved by combining cyan, magenta, and yellow inks, without the need for black ink. It is a fresh and vibrant color, associated with tranquility and balance.

This secondary color combines perfectly with other bluish and greenish tones, as well as with neutral tones like whites and grays. Since it is a digitally printed plain colored fabric on one side, it is important to note that the printing is done only on the visible side, which gives it higher image quality and detail, but requires special care.

Regarding the general characteristics of the base fabric, we can highlight that it has a soft texture to the touch and is quite resistant to wear, making it ideal for outerwear and other textile uses. Among the applications or uses of this fabric, we can highlight its use for altars, coats, jackets, and blazers. It can also be used in the home, such as in the kitchen for cloths and in the dining room as coasters.

To maintain the fabric in perfect condition, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a warm temperature, and do not use the dryer. Likewise, care should be taken with rubbing and humidity.

The printing technology used in this fabric is sublimation, which involves applying heat and pressure to a special ink that evaporates and adheres firmly to the fibers of the fabric, generating a sharp and high-quality image. This process allows for a wide variety of designs and colors with high resistance to fading and abrasion.
