Description

The base fabric used is a high-quality cloth known as Paño Glasgow, which is mainly composed of polyester, viscose, and elastane. With a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm, it is ideal for various applications. The solid color printed on the fabric is an intense green, similar to a camouflage green tone. The CMYK of the color is 50 23 40 5, which suggests a mixture of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks.

This green hue, being a secondary color, is the result of mixing primary colors in different proportions, which gives it a unique singularity. Green symbolizes nature, freshness, and calmness, and combines very well with earthy tones such as brown and beige. Being a more intense color, it can also be combined with bright colors like yellow or orange, creating a vibrant contrast. It is important to mention that the fabric is printed on only one side by digital textile printing.

The base fabric, in addition to having excellent quality, stands out for its softness and texture, which makes it very pleasant to the touch. As for the printed color, it is resistant to fading and presents high definition and image sharpness, achieving a uniform and clean finish.

Regarding its applications, the fabric is versatile and can be used for various purposes, such as making coats, jackets, blousons, vests, and blazers for both men and women. It can also be used in the creation of home textiles, such as coasters and kitchen towels, as well as in the making of fabrics for altars. In this autumn/winter 2021 season, Paño Glasgow is ideal for its combination of comfort and style.

As for care, bleaching and dry cleaning should be avoided, and ironing should be at a warm temperature. Tumble drying is not recommended, as this can affect its properties.

The printing technology used is sublimation, which consists of image transfer through the use of heat and pressure, and is especially used in synthetic fabrics like this one. This technique allows for a detailed and borderless image, making it ideal for designing patterns and personalized designs on textile garments.
