Description

El Paño - Glasgow is a heavy-weight base fabric, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a width of 150 cm. Its solid printed color is Goose Grey, which consists of 15% cyan ink, 13% magenta ink, 14% yellow ink, and 0% black ink. This secondary color is a soft, elegant, and versatile grayish tone that pairs well with neutral colors like white and black, as well as earthy tones like brown and beige.

The base fabric, printed with the solid color on one side using digital textile printing, is soft to the touch and features a delicate texture that makes it pleasant to use. It is a durable fabric ideal for making outerwear and jackets for winter and autumn/winter 2021.

Characteristic applications for this fabric include womens and mens clothing such as coats, jackets, blousons, blazers, and trenches, as well as home textile items like coasters and kitchen towels. Additionally, due to its resistance, it is also a suitable fabric for making altar cloths.

It is important to follow the care instructions to maintain the quality of the fabric. It does not allow dry cleaning, but it can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC and ironed at a warm temperature. It should not be bleached or tumble dried.

The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation, which involves printing ink directly onto the polyester fiber through a thermal transfer process. This allows the ink to penetrate the fiber and become permanently fixed to the fabric, providing a high-quality finish.
