The base fabric of this textile is Glasgow cloth, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a grammage of 380gr/m2 and a width of 150cm. Its plain canary yellow shade is achieved through sublimation printing with a CMYK of 12 1 90 0. The color yellow is associated with creativity, joy, and positive energy, making it very popular in fashion. Combined with dark tones like black and grey, it adds a touch of vitality to garments.
This fabric is digitally printed on one side, which gives it a high-quality finish and great versatility in its design. Its soft texture appearance makes it a perfect choice for fashion and home textiles, and in particular, it is used for making coats, trench coats, jackets, vests, and blazers. Furthermore, its presence in altar textiles and coasters demonstrates its versatility.
Regarding care, it is recommended not to bleach, wash at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, do not dry clean, iron at a warm temperature, and do not tumble dry. This way, the lifespan of the fabric is extended and its original appearance is maintained.
The printing technology used for the manufacture of this fabric is sublimation, which is based on the transfer of ink from printed paper onto the fabric through heat and pressure. This method allows for the creation of detailed designs with high resolution and a wide variety of colors. In summary, the Glasgow cloth fabric printed in canary yellow is a versatile option that adapts to a wide range of applications and uses, making it a popular choice among fashion designers and home textile manufacturers.
