Cloth - Glasgow

This base fabric, called Glasgow Cloth, is composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, giving it great resistance and elasticity. It has a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a vibrant Banana Yellow, whose shade is achieved by using 18% cyan ink, 2% magenta ink, and 75% yellow ink. This color contrasts perfectly with a wide variety of earth tones, greens, and browns, and also combines perfectly with complementary shades such as blue or violet.

It should be noted that this fabric is characterized by a soft and pleasant texture, which makes it perfect for making coats, jackets, and blazers, being very suitable for the winter and autumn/winter 2021 season. It can also be used in other areas such as fashion and home decoration, being useful for making altars, coasters, and kitchen towels.

It is important to mention that, regarding care, this fabric does not allow bleaching, dry cleaning, or tumble drying, but it does allow ironing at a warm temperature and washing at a maximum temperature of 40ºC.

As for the printing technology used to manufacture this fabric, sublimation is used. This is a process that consists of digitally printing the design on transfer paper, which is then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This printing method is extremely resistant to wear and environmental impact, allowing colors and designs to remain in perfect condition for much longer. In short, we are dealing with an innovative and durable fabric whose characteristics make it suitable for a variety of applications and uses in environments that require resistant and high-quality fabrics.
