The base fabric for this print is Glasgow Cloth, mainly composed of polyester, viscose, and elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is an intense coral blue, with a CMYK of 35 6 8 0, which is a balanced combination of cyan, magenta, and yellow. This color is associated with sympathy, security, and happiness. Additionally, coral blue combines perfectly with warm tones such as beige and brown.
The fabric is digitally printed on one side, meaning the color is on a single surface layer. The fabrics texture is soft to the touch and boasts high quality and durability, perfect for use in fashion, home, and other sectors.
Among the general characteristics of the base fabric, its resistance, durability, and softness to the touch stand out. As for the solid printed color, it is notable for its intensity, balance, and versatility in combinations. Furthermore, its high quality guarantees great resistance to the passage of time and washes.
Regarding the fabrics applications, it can be used for manufacturing all types of womens and mens winter and autumn/winter garments, such as coats, trench coats, jackets, vests, and blazers. It can also be used for making kitchen towels and coasters, as well as for manufacturing altar cloths.
On the other hand, it is important to consider the care instructions for this fabric. It can be washed at a maximum temperature of 40ºC, ironed at a low temperature, tumble drying should be avoided, and it is not suitable for dry cleaning.
The printing technique used on this fabric is sublimation, a process where an image is printed on transfer paper with sublimation inks and then transferred to the fabric using heat and pressure. This process guarantees the high quality and durability of the color printed on the fabric, making it one of the most recommended options for use in any textile project.
