The base fabric for this textile is Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, with a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is Sky Day Blue, with a CMYK of 55 13 1 0, and it is printed on one side using digital textile printing. This color symbolizes the clarity, tranquility, and freshness of the sky on a clear day. The color combines perfectly with other shades of blue, grays, and whites, evoking a sense of elegance and serenity in the environment.
Regarding the general characteristics of the fabric, it stands out for its soft texture to the touch. Additionally, the base fabric is resistant and durable, making it an ideal choice for applications such as coats, jackets, blousons, blazers, among others. It also has good absorption capacity, which makes it a useful fabric in textile/home applications such as coasters and kitchen towels.
Regarding the care instructions for this fabric, it is important not to bleach it and to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40 ºC. The garment does not allow dry cleaning and should be ironed at a warm temperature. Furthermore, it cannot be tumble dried.
The printing technology used to manufacture this fabric is sublimation (polyester), which allows for digital textile printing on the fabric. This printing technique allows colors to set better and be more durable, without altering the soft texture of the base fabric. In summary, the Paño - Glasgow printed with Sky Day Blue is a perfect option for creating elegant and durable garments, as well as functional and decorative textile/home applications.
