The base fabric is a Paño - Glasgow, composed of 93% polyester, 5% viscose, and 2% elastane, giving it a weight of 380 gr/m2 and a width of 150 cm. The solid printed color is a light blue-violet, which consists of 23% cyan ink, 7% magenta ink, and 2% yellow ink, with a CMYK of 23, 7, 2, 0 respectively. This color is symbolic for its representation of tranquility, intuition, and wisdom.
This color combines wonderfully with grays, greens, and soft pinks. In addition, it can also be applied in the creation of vintage and bohemian style garments, being a perfect combination with warm tones such as mustard and bronze.
It is important to note that this fabric is printed with the solid color on one side only using digital textile printing, which means that the printing is done only on one side of the fabric. The general characteristics of this fabric are its softness to the touch, thanks to its texture, and its resistance to daily use.
Among the applications or uses of this fabric, we can mention: altars, coats, trench coats, dresses, jackets, bomber jackets, vests, blazers, dishcloths, coasters, among others. Thanks to its versatility and resistance, this Paño - Glasgow can be used for different purposes and designs.
Regarding the care that should be taken for this fabric, it is recommended to wash it at a maximum temperature of 40°C, do not bleach it, iron it at a warm temperature, and do not tumble dry it. It should be noted that the garment is not suitable for dry cleaning.
Finally, the printing technology used for this type of fabric is sublimation. This technique consists of printing the ink on special paper, which is then adhered to the base fabric using heat and pressure, generating a high-quality and resistant print.
